July of 2005 the US Navy's Seal teams started acquiring the
Oxylator EMXbt to augment their medical kit requirements for
casualty evacuation (CASEVAC).

In August of 2005, the US Marines determined that the Oxylator
EMXbt was the ventilation device to be placed in their newly
updated US Marine Casualty Evacuation (CASEVAC) kits.

In October of 2005, the US Army's 5th Special Forces Group
(SFG) acquired 72 Oxylator EMXbt's to augment some Oxylators
previously obtained. The 5th SFG joins the 1st SFG, the 3rd
SFG, the 7th SFG, and the 10th SFG to acquire large quantities
of Oxylators for use in their casualty evacuation (CASEVAC)
kits.
